Ive been reading Eckhart Tolles' latest book, A New Earth, and it is as wonderful as Id hoped it'd be. Read it, and his first book, The Power of Now, and it will change you, as it did me. I am a new person, a person at peace with myself and the world. I love everyone and every creature on this beautiful planet. I forgive with ease, and hold no negativity within me. I look forward to a blissful summer in the little city, exploring where I have not yet been, through streets and forests, smelling the flowers and admiring the scenery. I hope to share the sunshine (from within and from the sky) with all of my friends. Im wishing for self-awareness, peace, love and freedom from the ego for you and everyone. Make art and be merry! Laugh and be spontanious! Live in the moment, and truly see the joy it brings. Oh, and Ive quit drinking and toking, and I feel great!

Oh life, what mysteries it holds.

Its a rainy October. I love the sound of the rain outside my window.

Im still working at the restaurant, fixin salads for the custies and choppin prep for the cooks. Still not hating it. My benifits will kick in soon, and Im hoping that they cover new glasses or contacts. I might even go to the dentist. Maybe.

My nephew is ill. Makes me question again why bad things happen to good people.. and beyond that, to innocent children. I pray everyday for his complete recovery. Jonathan, Im sending you all my love and positive energy.

I draw character rotations for the Daytripper comic.
My bike has a flat tire.
I smoke a lot of weed.
Ive gotten some colour from sitting on the deck on sunny mornings.
I dream crazy dreams about friends and family.
I find out that old friends have gotten married.
Im glad that Im not yet a parent.
I have no career, but enjoy my job in the kitchen anyway.
I eat lots of chocolate.
I want to get in shape and get my flat stomach back.
I still dont know what I want to get tattooed on myself.
I have a few comissioned tattoo projects on the back-burner.
I have accepted my past and embrace the future with open arms.

To carry love in ones' heart can never be wrong.

I wonder what it would be like if my name was spelt 'Nadali' instead of the usual and current way, Natalie... huh, who knows, eh?

Welp, he comes the sun. Mid May, and the weather is very nice. Im almost through two weeks off of work, and man-o-man am I enjoying it. 1 year at the restaurant and I get benifits and a 2wk vacation. Sweet. Saw my family for 5 days, shared some good times. What I enjoyed most was sleeping on clean sheets, using a freshly washed bath towel, and waking up to coffee, bacon and eggs around the table with my folks.

Im happy, and am enjoying Jeffs happiness too, now that he has the career in computers that hes always wanted. Looking forward to a brighter future, and a nice hot summer, filled with camping and BBQs, and good times with friends. Lets see how it goes!

I want to share some great quotes on gay equality that I came across. Thats it.

"If you dream of a world in which you can put your partner's picture on your desk, then put his picture on your desk and you will live in such a world.
And if you dream of a world in which you can walk down the street holding your partner's hand, then hold her hand and you will live in such a world.
If you dream of a world in which there are more openly gay elected officials, then run for office and you will live in such a world.
And if you dream of a world in which you can take your partner to the office party, even if your office is the U.S. House of Representatives, then take her to the party.
I do, and now I live in such a world." -- Tammy Baldwin

"Remember, there are two things that keep us oppressed: them and us.
We are half of the equation. There will not be a magic day when we wake up and it's now OK to express ourselves publicly.
We must make that day ourselves, by speaking out publicly -- first in small numbers, then in greater numbers, until it's simply the way things are
and no one thinks twice. Never doubt that we will create this world, because, my friends, we are fortunate to live in a democracy, and in a democracy,
we decide what's possible." -- Tammy Baldwin

"I may be called a liberal and unorthodox," he said. "But I firmly believe that people need to be treated with respect and dignity and that loving someone faithfully and in total commitment until death do them part is a blessing regardless of sexual orientation." - Anglican Bishop Peter Coffin

Love n Peace.
